Dermal Filler Dissolving

What is Filler Dissolving?

Dermal fillers are natural or synthetic gels that are injected into the skin to volumise, lift and improve the appearance of lines. Sometimes a client might end up disliking their filler, or feel that the filler has been poorly placed.  We use a naturally-occurring enzyme called Hyaluronidase in high concentrations to break down the filler product.

How long does it take to dissolve filler?

The filler breaks down within minutes, but it might take a day or two to see the complete effect after the swelling has gone down.

Does it hurt?

The procedure may be uncomfortable but is not usually painful.
